this is an older routine that I remixed with newer music....such a great routine!  Easy to teach, easy to follow and the time flies....very challenging....hope you enjoy and can use in your classes.

Warm….5:00...(I'm in love)
  • ·      3 X :45 seated flat w/ :15 DT with :15 rest(gives you hell)
  •  
  • ·      3 X :45 jog with :15 DT with :15 rest(beercan)
  •  
  • ·      3 X :45 seated climb with :15 DT with :15 rest(wonderwall)·
  •  
  •       3 X :45 standing climb with :15 DT with :15 rest(that's not my name)·  
  •  
  •  
  •     3 X :45 jumps(4 ct.) with :15 DT(2 ct.) w/ :15 rest(pretty fly by offspring...this was left off the i-mix and i will try to fix that soon)
·      3 X loop of 1 each of above...loop all of the above together for a 5:00 interval then rest of your choice....doing it 3 x will take 15:00...i used the following music but you can use any dance music or other of your choice

cuz I think I only did the loop twice)
 
·      3 X :30 seated sprint with :15 rest
·      3 X :30 standing sprint with :15 rest
·       3 X :15 seated/:15 stand sprint and :15 rest
·      3 X loop of 1 each above(I used the following music for the sprints...some songs didn't pop-up on the i-mix...i-tunes is funny that way...
