Randal Routine Jump Jump Jump (1158)

Only a 35 minute routine with only 2 rest periods

start with a 5 minute warm up; when you are ready decrease resistance all the way down where it is very easy to pedal.

since we work with a dial , we turn 10-12 full turns towards the positive (more resistance), then we begin

10 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

9 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

8 jumps , with 1 minute standing climb

7 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

6 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

2 minute rest , decrease resistance

5 minute standing climb increasing resistance 1 full turn (more resistance)  every 20 seconds

6 jumps , with 1 minute standing climb

7 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

8 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

9 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb

10 jumps, with 1 minute standing climb
