Hello.  I made this playlist for my class and they loved it.  It is almost an utlimate leg workout.  Song name and artist are bold. 

 

streching with Beautiful from U2

warm-up with The Way I are (remix) from Timberland.  (i do counts with this song.  8 counts hand position 3, then eight counts in a hoover, then 8 counts in a squat, then 8 counts seated, repeat a few times then go down to 4 counts, then to 2 counts. 

sprint with Waking up in vegas- Katy Perry.  (sprint 0:54-1:08, 1:26-2:00, 2;38-3:00) 

Climb-  Dead and Gone from T.I. ft Justin Timberlake (seated climb until the chorus, then hoover) and constantly add resistance

sprint - Summer of  69 from Bryan Adams

4 count 4's-- Crazy from Pitbul  (4 count 4's, are 4 count everything, so start with 4 standing hand position 3, 4 standing hand position 2, then 4 standing hand position 2 with NO BOUNCING, then 4 sitting.  Repeat a few times, take a break, then pick back up with the beat.

Climb- Sober from Pink 

sprint- Miserary Buisness from Paramore

 8-4-2 counts- Bananza(Belly Dancer) from Akon

climb- Just to Get High from Nickleback on the course instead of going into a hoover i go into a standing power-up, then back down to a seated climb

8-4-2 count- Fire Burning on the Dancefloor from Sean Kingston

Climb- Sweet Dreams from Marilyn Manson.  This a long hard seated climb.  make them push it

Sprint- Out of Control from Hoobastank.  A fast song, just push them to the limit for this last song.  Go with the music/chorus. 

cool-down-  Burn it Up from R. Kelly
