a few of the songs listed on this routine were not added to my i-mix when I submitted  it to i- tunes...sometimes this happens to me...not sure why as I buy all of my music from i-tunes...but any songs can be substituted or you can do your own search on i-tunes to find the missing songs.  Hope you enjoy my routine for this week. 

let’s get started….warm
push it…jumps
hung up……..:30 jog with :15 DT/:30 hover(hands in 3rd) with :15 DT X3
right round…….seated flat :45 with :15 DT X3
early in the morning………….sprints your choice
krazy……………………..jumps
good vibrations………:30 mountain bike(also called over legs)/:30 JOGS
This is how we do…………………seated climb :45 with :15 DT
Coolio……………………….run it! Add a DT every minute
Rico suave……………….stand climb 1:00 with :15 everything off rest X 3
Good times…………………………………sprints of your choice
Ain’t gonna hurt nobody……………………attacks
Sister subcon…………have class count off….1,2,1,2,1,2……ones sprint and twos climb…every :30 yell switch…until song is over
So fresh so clean…………………………cool down
