This routine was inspired by mashed up music, 2 songs blended together.  I did a whole playlist of mashed up songs.  The routine was great, but the songs were a bit distracting to the some of the class because the beat changed often.  Try it out and see what you think.  The routine is good, no matter what music you choose.

All sets are 2 min.  After first minute add some resistance to make 2nd minute harder. 

10 sec stand climb , followed by 20 sec hover climb

15 sec stand climb, 15 sec hover climb,

add resistance, 15 sec stand climb, 15 sec hover

20 sec stand climb, 10 hover

15 sec jump, 15sec run

add resistance, 15 sec jump, 15 sec run

20 sec jump, 10 sec run

10 sec stand sprint, 20 sec jog

15 sec stand sprint, 15 sec jog

add resistance, 15sec stand sprint, 15 sec jog

20 sec stand sprint, 10 sec jog

10 sec hover, 20 sec jump

15 sec hover, 15 sec jump

add resistance 15 sec hover 15 sec jump

20 sec hover, 10 sec jump

10 sec stand sprint, 20 sec seat sprint

15 sec stand sprint, 15 sec seated sprint

REPEAT ALL 5 SETS ONE MORE TIME

Grande Finale, Mash all moves together 30 sec each move. Tension moderate on dial, keep constant throughout whole set.  5 minute total time

stand climb, hover, jump, jog, squat, seat climb, run, jog, stand sprint, seated sprint....done!
