  • 5 rolling hills

see below for better explanations......

5 climbs......1:00 climb in saddle with :15 break every minute...do this 5 times

5 rolling hills....use 4 turns(adding tension every :15 for 1:00) to get to the top....fly down the other side with a sprint lasting :15....do this 5 times

5 sprints.....:30 on/:30 off 5 times

5 jogs....jog for :45 then sit(same tension and pace) for :15...then back up..right into next one....do this 5 times

5 seated cadence work....med/med. heavy tension...steady pace in the saddle for :45...then pick up the pace for :15.....right into the next one....do this 5 times

5 jogs with DT legs.....jog for :45 then pick up pace for :15 to double time legs....no breaks go right into next one....do this 5 times

5 push pull pedals......push down on pedals :30 then pull up on pedals :30....do this 5 times
