Push/Pull those pedals!
This is something I've added to most of my classes lately.....I use the song "push it fergasonic" which is a mash-up i found on i-tunes on the 17 again soundtrack. her is what you do....
tell class to concentrate on pedal stroke and "push" the pedals down....."push it real good!" next tell class to "pull up" on the pedals....alternate pushing and pulling pedals every :30. it's a good filler and helps work on pedal stroke and this song is awesome!
