This is great for all levels of fitness in your class.

All items are printed on A4 sheets - Nice and big Eg:  Standing Climb @ 80% resistance

Each A4 choice is done for 2 minutes

I have at least 7 x A4 sheets printed with various choices - these are then choosen by the members throughout the class and stuck on the mirrors

- Warm up - 5 Minutes nice and easy - +/- 65% of resistance

- I choose the first A4 sheet and stick on mirrors for all to see - Flat ride @ 70% resistance, quick pace = 2 minutes + 30 sec recover

-One member chooses the second one - Eg: - Standing climb @ 85% resistance (2 min) + 30 sec recover

THEN: - add them together!

Flat ride @ 70% (2 min) + Standing Climb @ 85% (2 min) + 30 secs recover

- Another member chooses 3rd one - Seated climb @ 80%  = 2 minutes + 30 secs recover

THEN - add them together!

Flat ride @ 70% (2 min) + Standing climb @ 85% (2min) + Seated climb @ 80% (2min) -+ 30 secs recover

Keep adding on - you might have to increase your recovery to 1 min during the class as it really starts "biting" the legs

The guys on the South Coast in KZN (S.A) love this one cause it works so well.
