Laura...this one is for you...the music for this can be found in routines listed as Hed Kandi disco. 

warm up of your choice

jog :30/ add resistance :30/sit and keep cadence strong :45 X 4

 

  • :20 seated sprint/ :20 jog/ :60 seated climb  X4
  • ;20 jog/:20 standing sprint/ :60 standing climb X 4
  • :20 hover sprint/:20 jog/:60 hover climb X 4
  • :20 hover climb/:20 seated flat/:60 seated sprint X 4
  • :20 seated climb/:20 seated flat/:60 seated sprint X4

The above too a pretty long time...I think when I did this, I only did the first 4 but you can do them only 3 times and do them all...your choice..mix it up!

  • 1:00 climb
  • 2:00 jumps(4 count)
  • 1:00 sprint

 

  • 2:00 climb...seated or standing
  • 2:00 jumps( 4 count)
  • 1:00 sprint

 

  • 3:00 climb....seated or standing
  • 2:00 jumps(4 count)
  • 1:00 sprint
