This is a 3:30 minute set...without the rest! Depending on your music you can set the rest to whatever you have left of each song! :)
:10 ...I start with a Seat Climb for :10
:20...Then I add a Seated Sprint for :20
:30 Then I add a Standing Climb for :30
:40...Then I add Jumps for :40
:50...Then a Steady Climb (nothing moving but the legs) for :50 or you can Hoover over saddle
1:00...Then a Standing Sprint for 1 minute
3:30 total time...then add your rest...
Then...I move the Seated Climb to the end...and start the WHOLE SET OVER with a :10 Seated Sprint...a :20 Standing Climb...a :30 set of Jumps...a :40 Steady Climb...a :50 Standing Sprint and finish with a 1:00 Seated Climb...
Continue rotating thru 6 x's....I always move the 1st one to the end of my list...but you could move the last one first...it really wouldn't matter.
