....today's ride with music found here....enjoy!  The song for which this was named is not on the i-mix because it was given to me...it's called "just a ride" by Jem and can be found on i-tunes if interested.

@just a ride…….seated 3 turns then increase cadence for :15...everything off and do again
 
@lovestoned…….combo..jog/hover/flat/sprints all :30
 
@gotta get thru this………jog/jumps 4 count
 
@Everlong…1:00 climb/ :30 sprint alternating
 
@wait a minute………..jumps...the no sit kind
 
@the way you move………overlegs/dips...this is a "powerpacing"  move....overlegs are like mountain biking...dips are like a push-up...but if interested...look it up under powerpacing
 
 
@public affair………..sprints 
@that’s the way…………..jumps on a hill…around the world...with tension moving hands from 2nd when seated to 3rd when standing

@She’s a bad Mama Jama…………..diggs/jog...also powerpacing term...center, forward, center, back is the cue
 
@breed………….sprints :30
 
@it’s like that…………stand climb with challenges...challenges are squat :30 and low hover climb
 
@the rock show....:15 seated sprint/ :15 standing sprint...do until song is over
