Worth checking out!
Did this tonight at the end of my routine...loved it!
:15 seconds Steady Climb (Nothing moving but your legs...in a "hold" position over the saddle) followed by :45 seconds Standing Sprint.
Continue with :30 Steady Climb and :30 Standing Sprint.
Then :45 Steady Climb and :15 Standing Sprint.
Did this 3 times.
We took a 1 minute break in between sets and did it again. I used a 7 minute song and it ROCKED the end of the workout!
