I was doing my last posted routine....10 reasons we like spring...and
I got to #10 and needed to do the 10 sprints for :15....but I didn't have enough time...so I made the sprints shorter....so I did the following instead and I LOVE IT! I will do it again and have already thought of a way to spice it up.....
:10 sprints X 10 with a twist....after the first :10 sprint, hit the emergency brake...rest for :05(this includes stop time so stop fast)....totally still legs...then go again :10 sprints...then hit the breaks....rest :05 and go again....i did this ten times and really got the heart rate up
