10 reasons we love Spring! with i-mix (1104)

It's a count down with class participation...do the routine below but before you start a new number, choose a student to name a reason they like spring...I'll have examples at end.  Click here to get music for this routine.  choose about 10 of  your favorite songs..1 X = do whatever 1 time

Choose a student and say, "what do you like most about spring"...if they say "flowers"...flowers is #1 then do the folowing...........

#1...1:00 seated flat.....1X

choose another student...they like outdoor biking...."so the things we like most about spring are flowers and outdoor biking"  then do the following..........

#2...   1:00 spin ups(fast, faster, as fast as you can go sprints)  X 2

choose another student...they like sunshine.."so the things we like most about spring are flowers, outdoor biking and sunshine"...get it now...it's just making a fun list inbetween sets to keep their minds busy...keep going with the list until you have 10 things....next do the following............

#3...1:00 seated climb X3

#4.....1:00 hover climbs X4

#5.......1:00 runners(8 count jumps with tension) X 5

#6........ :30 jogs  X 6

#7......:30 attacks. :15 in saddle med. tension and :15 out of saddle attacking double time legs X 7

#8.....:30 jumps...your choice tension and count X 8

#9....:30 med. tension flat road...double time legs every :30 for :15   X 9

#10...........super spins....:15 sprint with :10 rest X 10
