I am sharing this music with you to use when one of the routines says"fast dance music"...and my routines say that a bunch. Click here to get hed kandi i-mix.
The envelope game is a good example of the type of routine that would go perfectly with hed Kandi....Also great for sprints sets. Try it out and let me know what you think.
