rest when you have completely done a set, beginners should rest when needed
Rest for 90 seconds to 2 minutes between sets
Warm-up 5 to 10 minutes
5 or 10 minute standing climb (wat ever resistance you want)
30 second sprint / 1 minute stand / 30 second sprint = 4 times non stop
15 second sprint / 30 second stand / 15 second sprint = 4 times non stop
10 minute standing climb (5 minutes at whatever resistance you want , and for the last five increase resistance for every minute until you reach 10 minutes)
