Consists only of sprinting and standing climbs. Sprinting are 30 seconds with 20 second rest. Climbs are 5 min, 4 min 3 min, 2min, & 1 min.
2 sprints 5 minute stand, 3 sprints
2 sprints 4 minute stand, 2 sprints
2 sprints 3 minute stand, 1 sprint
1 spint , 2 minute stand, 1 minute
Generally i skip 1 and go straight to cool down
