I used a routine today from the site..I made a few changes to make it my own and I put it to music.  You can get music to match this routine here.  I did all that is below 2 times through...than I added a sprint set to the song "girls and boys"...see sprint set below...after sprint set I did another mega loop.

After a stretch/warm song and a warm-up song  I did ................

Bethany's Mega Loop

Stand Climb 1m

Hover Climb 1m

Attack Run 1m ( body position and tension same as stand climb just pick up pace to run)

Rest 1m

Jump 1m

Seat Sprint 1m

Stand Sprint 30s

Rest 1m

Seat Climb 1m ( level 8)

Squat 1m ( 10s squat +10s in jog alternating for the full minute)

Seat Climb1m ( add gear from previous seat climb, level 9)

Rest 1m

 

Sprint set....all sprints and a rest of your choice

  • :15 X 4
  • :30 X 3
  • :45 X 2
  • 1:00 X 1
