for this routine I've chosen jumps, climbs and sprints...you can choose any cycling move you like and fill in the pattern...I used fast dance music...go figure! and I will have an i-mix up soon.
each group contains 5 sets...I do a "big rest" between each set...usually :30 and the rest within each set usually is :10-:15
ALL JUMPS.........................................you choose the rests
ALL CLIMBS........................................you choose the rests
ALL SPRINTS................................................you choose the rests
