Pattern jumps, climbs and sprints (1081)

for this routine I've chosen jumps, climbs and sprints...you can choose any cycling move you like and fill in the pattern...I used fast dance music...go figure!  and I will have an i-mix up soon. 

each group contains 5 sets...I do a "big rest" between each set...usually :30 and the rest within each set usually is :10-:15

 

ALL JUMPS.........................................you choose the rests

  • :15/:15/:20/:15/:15
  • :20/:20/:30/:20/:20
  • :30/:30/:40/:30/:30
  • :40/:40/:50/:40/:40
  • :50/:50/1:00/:50/:50

 

ALL CLIMBS........................................you choose the rests

  • :15/:15/:20/:15/:15
  • :20/:20/:30/:20/:20
  • :30/:30/:40/:30/:30
  • :40/:40/:50/:40/:40
  • :50/:50/1:00/:50/:50

 

ALL SPRINTS................................................you choose the rests
