THIS IS A FULL ROUTINE

Do it by Nelly Furtado...........jog adding tension every :30 for 1:30..then rest  X 2 or 3

extraordinary by liz phair.............seated climb adding tension every :15 for 1:00....then rest and stretch  X 3

D.A.N.C.E. by Justice.......jog/hover/seated combo...each for :30 adding tension each time you sit

example.......................:30 jog/ :30 hover/ :30 seated...add tension...go right same drill again

boogie no more by dorfmeister...sprints :15 on /:15 off seated x 4.......:15 of/:15 off standing x 4...do combo of both seated and standing X 2

yeah by bodyrox............pyramid climb   :15/:20/:30/:45/1:00 and back down if you need to

dark escape...from a "spinning" not on i-tunes...just choose a fast song...electronic.....sprints of your choice

Here comes the loop......the music I used was....

  • Heartbeat by annie
  • get en high by stanton warriors
  • get down massive by freestylers
  • my signal fluctuates by B.L.I.M.

do each of the following for 1:00..each time(each loop) adding another drill

  • seated
  • jog
  • squats(isolated climbs)  :15 squat/:15 jog/:15 squat/ :15 jog
  • hover climb
  • seated climb
  • seated sprint

example....the last loop will look like this..........

  • 1:00 seated
  • 1:00 jog
  • 1:00 squats(:15 squat/:15 jog/:15 squat/:15 jog)
  • 1:00 hover
  • 1:00 seated climb
  • 1:00 seated sprint
