30-to-50% resistance.....flat road...spinning those legs entire song   hands on me sinead o"conner

same resistance...faster cadence...sprints....:30 on :15 off I want your soul by Armand Van Helden

spin-ups...fast/faster/as fast as you can go sprints......:10/:10/:10  X 3  then :15/:15/:15 X 3...Want you by Hott 22

flat road....spinning legs...same as above 30-50% ,this can include a jog...starstruck by lady Gaga

sprints.....:30 on and :15 off.......something real by Hott 22

spin-ups...see above...feel so good by Hott 22

Count your legs....count your leg revolutions for :10...use the rest of the song to try to beat your score..so strong by Mischa Daniels

the 1's and 2's game....make everyone count off...they will be either a one or a two...1's sprint and 2's climb...start and every :30 have the groups switch from sprints to climbs or vise versa...do this X 5.....Feel good by stargazer
