  • 3:00 hover climb X 3...rest of your choice

  • :3:00 of "spinning" the legs.....40-50 % tension...but 100% effort
  •  
  • :3:00 seated climb X 3...rest of your choice
  •  
  • :3:00 of squats(isolated climbs).....:30 squat/ :30 rest
  •  
  • 3:00 in the saddle spinning legs as above
  •  
  • 3:00 jog X 3...rest of your choice
