This routine alternates between climbs (seated/standing/or a combination) and sprints (seated/standing/or a combination)!  Have Funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!

I use this as one of my MAIN SETS during a class...I look for music that fits the climbs and sprints and time...adding rest as needed for the music...email me if you have any questions...and happy spinning!

:15 seconds x 8 Climbs...rest :15 in between each  Total Time 3:45

:15 seconds x 7 Sprints...rest :15 in between each Total Time 3:15

:30 seconds x 6 Climbs...rest :15 in between each Total Time 4:15

:30 seconds x 5 Sprints...rest :15 in between each Total Time 3:30

:45 seconds x 4 Climbs...rest :15 in between each Total Time 3:45

:45 seconds x 3 Sprints...rest :15 in between each Total Time 2:45

1:00 minute x 2 Climbs...rest :15 in between each Total Time 2:15

1:00 minute x 1 Sprint...Total time 1 minute
