Brown eyed girl..............warm-up
I used 3 songs for the next set...In the mood, heart & soul and Calabria
Turning Japanese.....:30 sprint , :15 -:30 rest....sprint and rest until song is over
Just Friends and Turn around are the 2 songs I used for .....jumps and sprints....I counted 20 jumps and went right into :20 seated sprint then rested :15....did this 2 songs worth....you can make the sprints longer than :20...you can do standing sprints too, you can add tension each one..you're choice.
Stay around......climb set again...same as above
Feel what I'm feeling.....:20 seated flat/ :20 seated sprint?:20 rest do 5 times
Third time.......spin ups...:20 fast/ :20 faster/ :20 as fast as you can go sprints
I just want to be your everything..cool down
