New Year's Count Down (1066)

this routine includes the envelopes that I hope you've already made and used for the envelope game...if you have not made them...here's what you do...........

Get 10 envelopes and label them in the outside A-J(you can use numbers too 1-10 but I thought if might be too many numbers since we're counting down)....put inside each envelope a small piece of paper with a cycling move written on it.  I'm going to use.........

  • jogs :30 jog/ :15 rest
  • seated climbs :45/ :15 rest
  • seated sprint  :30/ :15 rest
  • hover :45/ :15 rest
  • diggs("power pacing" move...look it up on the internet :30/ :15 rest
  • standing climb :30/ :15 rest
  • jumps :45/ :15 rest
  • squats..also called isolated climb or taking the bounce out :15/ :15 rest
  • spin ups....fast faster and as fast as you can go sprints :10 of each
  • standing sprint :15/ :15 rest

You don't have to use the above cycling moves....use any of your choice

After a warm up, the count down begins.....

10...have a student(or yourself) choose an envelope, do the cycling move inside that envelope 10 times

9.....choose an envelope and do that move , 9 times ...and so on.....
