 Notorious trick
 
1.Seated flat
 
2. Seated flat hands in third
 
3. Hover
 
4. Stand climb
 
5. Jumps
 
6. Seated climb
 
7. Sprint
 
8. Rest
do loop..all 8 things above ...for 1:00 each...then
:45 each
:30 each
:15 each and do :15 twice
then take a 1-2 minute rest and do it again...each time you go through the loop it take about 30 minutes. 
example: first loop
1:00 seated flat
1:00 seated flat hands in 3rd
1:00 hover
1:00 standing climb
1:00 jumps
1:00 seated climb
1:00 sprint
1:00 REST
the second loop is everything but :45 each  and so on...questions?  just ask...
