  • :30 jog/run
  • 1:30  seated climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 2:00 seated climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 2:30 seated climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 3:00 seated climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 2:00 jumps
  • 1:00 seated sprint
  • :30 stand...double time legs...as fast as you can go
  • 2:00 rest..

 

  • 3:00 standing climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 2:30 standing climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 2:00 standing climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 1:30 standing climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 1:00 standing climb
  • :30 jog/run
  • 2:00 jumps
  • 1:00 seated sprint
  • :30 stand...double time legs..as fast as you can go
  • 2:00 rest
