Progressive Sprint (or climb) Drill (1058)

This is not an entire routine...just a drill that will last  12:00.  You can do it  with Sprints or Climbs

  • :10  sprint (or climb) with a :50 rest
  • :20 sprint (or climb)with a :40 rest
  • :30 sprint (or climb)with a :30 rest
  • :40 sprint (or climb) with a :20 rest
  • :50 sprint (or climb)with a :10 rest
  • :60 sprint (or climb)
  • rest of your choice
  • :60 sprint (or climb)
  • :50 sprint (or climb) with a :10 rest
  • :40 sprint (or climb) with a :20 rest
  • :30 sprint (or climb) with a :30 rest
  • :20 sprint (or climb) with a :40 rest
  • :10 sprint(or climb) with a :50 rest

 

You can do it several times or go up and down the ladder
