This is not an entire routine...just a drill that will last 12:00. You can do it with Sprints or Climbs
- :10 sprint (or climb) with a :50 rest
- :20 sprint (or climb)with a :40 rest
- :30 sprint (or climb)with a :30 rest
- :40 sprint (or climb) with a :20 rest
- :50 sprint (or climb)with a :10 rest
- :60 sprint (or climb)
- rest of your choice
- :60 sprint (or climb)
- :50 sprint (or climb) with a :10 rest
- :40 sprint (or climb) with a :20 rest
- :30 sprint (or climb) with a :30 rest
- :20 sprint (or climb) with a :40 rest
- :10 sprint(or climb) with a :50 rest
You can do it several times or go up and down the ladder
