A rare treat for me today.....I was able to take a class taught by my favorite teacher...I always learn something...here's what I learned today..............
X= times
example.....4 X means do whatever 4 times
After warm up............
Climb set..rests are your choice
Sprint set...rests are your choice
Here is an example using the :10.........:10 seated sprint...right into :10 standing sprint...sit right back down and :10 seated sprint again...for a total of :30 of work....now you take a break of your choice and do this 4 X
2:00 grand finale....
:15 seated climb, :15 standing climb, :15 hover climb, :15 isolated climb...no rest ...right into :20 seated sprint, :20 standing sprint, :20 seated sprint
