A rare treat for me today.....I was able to take a class taught by my favorite teacher...I always learn something...here's what I learned today..............

X= times

example.....4 X means do whatever 4 times

After warm  up............

Climb set..rests are your choice

  • :10 seated climb
  • :10 standing climb
  • :10 Hover climb
  • :10 isolated climb(also called a squat...taking the bounce out..keep top of body still)

 

  • :20 seated climb
  • :20 standing climb
  • :20 Hover climb
  • :20 isolated climb

 

  • :30 seated climb
  • :30 standing climb
  • :30 Hover climb
  • :30 isolated climb

 

  • :40 seated climb
  • :40 standing climb
  • :40 Hover climb
  • :40 isolated climb

 

  • 1:00 seated climb
  • 1:00 standing climb
  • 1:00 hover climb
  • 1:00 isolated climb

 

Sprint set...rests are your choice

  • :10 seated sprint
  • :10 standing sprint
  • :10 seated sprint
  • do all 3 above with no rest and do it 4 X

 

  • :20 seated sprint
  • :20 standing sprint
  • :20 seated sprint
  • do not take breaks inbetween the 3 above and do all 4 X

 

  • :30 seated sprint
  • :30 standing sprint
  • :30 seated sprint
  • do not take breaks inbetween the 3 above and do all 2 X

 

  • :40 seated sprint
  • :40 standing sprint
  • :40 seated sprint
  • do not take breaks and do 1 X

 

Here is an example using the :10.........:10 seated sprint...right into :10 standing sprint...sit right back down and :10 seated sprint again...for a total of :30 of work....now you take a break of your choice and do this 4 X

 

2:00 grand finale....

:15 seated climb, :15 standing climb, :15 hover climb, :15 isolated climb...no rest ...right into :20 seated sprint, :20 standing sprint, :20 seated sprint
