Crazy 8 Tracks (1055)

Two reasons for the name.....1) do everything 8 times and 2) I used some music you might find on an 8-track tape..oldies

X = times

example.......8 X means do whatever 8 times

After warm-up..............

8 X :20 jog/:20 hover/:20 seated (you choose the tension you want to work with...constant...no rests)

8 X  :30 jumps with rest of your choice

8 X 1:00 rolling hills

8 X :30 sprints(seated or standing or a little of both)

8 X 1:00 climbs............. (:30 seated and :30 standing equals one climb) rest of your choice

8 X :30 jumps with rest of your choice

8 X :45 sprints(seated or standing or a little of both....you can also do :30 seated and the last :15 standing)

8 track songs below ....with a dance beat of course...found on i-tunes

  • Baba O'Riley....ils club mix....originally artist...The WHO
  • Ventura Highway......America...this is from a cool cd found on i-tunes called"What is hip?" remixes of good, old songs
  • Listen to the Music...DJ Malibu Mix...the Doobie Brothers are orginal artist
