This routine is in "5's"...and can be switched...changed...or whatever...based on songs on a set!  You can also vary the interval times....be creative...have fun!

Hills....

:15 Seated, :15 Standing, :15 Hoover, :15 Steady, :15 +1 Gear...rest :15...repeat until end of song...or pick a certain amount.

Can then do :30 seconds of each...:45 of each...well...you get the idea!  I go up to 1 minute of each...using 4 different songs. Can be as long as your songs...
