Mega Loop (1051)

I did this the other day and it is TOUGH.  My class really liked it though.  The routine is 3 manuevers then a rest period repeated 3 times.  Each time through the loop is 11 1/2 minutes.   The times can be adjusted.  All the times listed on this routine are for 1 minute including rests with the exception of the standing sprint which I only have for 30sec.  I went through the loop 4 times for a total time of 46 min.  Hope you like it!!

Mega Loop

Stand Climb 1m

Hover Climb 1m

Attack Run 1m ( body position and tension same as stand climb just pick up pace to run)

Rest 1m

Jump 1m

Seat Sprint 1m

Stand Sprint 30s

Rest 1m

Seat Climb 1m ( level 8)

Squat 1m ( 10s squat +10s in jog alternating for the full minute)

Seat Climb1m ( add gear from previous seat climb, level 9)

Rest 1m
