This drill lasts 22:30 and can be combined with another drill to make a complete class.  Or!  you can just go right back up the pyramid...do 5-4-3-2-1 then 1-2-3-4-5...then the drills last 45 minutes...add the warm up of your choice and you've got an awesome routine!

Do the following 5 times

  • :30 seated climb
  • :30 standing climb
  • :30 rest

Do the following 4 times

  • :30 standing climb
  • :30 jumps
  • :30 rest

Do the following 3 times

  • :30 run or jog
  • :30 squat(isolated climb...taking the bounce out)
  • :30 rest

Do the following 2 times

  • :30 seated sprint
  • :30 standing sprint
  • :30 rest

Do the following 1 time

  • :30 seated or standing sprint or free choice
