Pyramid Drill (1044)

  1. Taken right from the  "Power Pacing for Indoor Cycling" book.  This book can be found on Amazon.com.

 

 

You'll need to add other ideas to this drill to make a complete class.  You can also do it twice...three times even.  Unless I added wrong...this drill is 11:00 long

  • 30 second seated sprint
  • 30 second recovery
  • 1:00 seated sprint
  • :30 recovery
  • 1:30 standing sprint
  • :30 seated climb
  • 2:00 stand agressive climb
  • :30 recovery
  • 1:30 agressive stand climb
  • :30 squat
  • 1:00 fast as you can go sprint
  • :30 recovery
  • :30 fast as you can go sprint
