Easy to remember Intervals!
Keep this in your bag at alll times! It's a fun, easy to remember routine that can be done to any aerobics CD. I use 130 BPM.
After warm up..........
- 1:00 sprint
- :30 rest
- 1:00 jumps
- :30 rest
- 1:00 low hill.....40% to 50% resistance
- :30 rest
- 1:00 high hill.....80% or higher resistance
- 2:00 sprint( I break it down (4X :30 each or 8 X :15 or 2X 1:00 ....you choose)
- :30 rest
- 2:00 low hill....do all 2:00 together or break it up
- :30 rest
- 2:00 jumps...do all 2:00 or break it up
- :30 rest
- 2:00 high hill...do all 2:00 or break it up...you choose
- :30 rest
- 4:00 sprints( break it down any way you choose)
- rest...you choose
- 4:00 high hills(break it down any way you choose)
- rest..you choose
- 3:00 low hill
- :30 to 1:00 rest
- 3:00 jumps
- :30 to 1:00 rest
- 3:00 sprints
- :30 to 1:00 rest
- 2:00 high hill

- 2:00 jumps
- :30 rest
- 2:00 low hill
This is my FAVORITE!!! routine...it's never the same because I break down the intervals differently each time. Have fun and let me know of any questions. caroline
