Wondering what to expect during your first indoor cycling class?
Indoor cycling is a great workout. You can expect to sweat and use muscles you might not have used in a while. Always bring water to class and a towel. The biggest complaint from beginners is that their bottom hurts from sitting in the saddle. This will go away with time but you can buy a gel seat cover to ease your pain. Hopefully, you'll also hear some great indoor cycling music to make the class exciting and fun.

How many calories does a cycling class burn?
There are anywhere from 300 to 600 calories used in indoor cycling in one hour. The calories burned when cycling at high intensity increases. Find out for yourself by wearing a heart rate monitor with a calorie counter during your next class.
